Delete Your VLM Academy Account
At VLM Academy, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to:
Email: academyvlm@gmail.com
Please include the following information:
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address (if applicable)
- Student ID (if applicable)
What Happens After Your Request?
Once we verify your identity:
- Your VLM Academy account will be permanently deleted.
- Your personal profile information will be removed from our systems.
- Your login credentials will no longer be valid.
- Your account deletion request will be processed within 7 working days.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Payment and billing records
- Legal compliance records
- Security and fraud prevention logs
Such retained information will not be used for marketing purposes.
